What's Included in Your Camping Package

Five Nights of Camping:

Other Important Information

For RV camping with power hook-ups, each site accommodates both 50amp and 30amp RVs. Be sure to bring 50-75 feet of electrical cord to reach the power source.

Dedicated RV areas require that an RV is camped on each RV campsite.

Each Car + Tent campsite must be occupied by a livable unit on the campsite.

Pass Information

Louder Than Life is an all-ages event, and everyone requires a pass for entry.

Please note that all pass sales are final, and no refunds or exchanges will be provided.

Buy early to save the most money as all price levels have limited availability.

Your pass will be an RFID Festival Wristband.

Please be aware that festival admission, camping, and parking are sold separately.

Purchase passes directly through our official PASSES PAGE to avoid any issues with unofficial or secondary sites.

Reselling passes at a higher price point is strictly prohibited and will result in the pass being voided without any possibility of a refund.

Parking Information

General Parking:

Available within walking distance of the festival grounds. Daily sales are available on festival days for a fee. Parking is not reserved and is based on arrival time and entrance point.

Gold Lot Parking:

Purchase in advance for either the entire weekend or individual festival days. The Gold Lot is the closest parking lot to the festival entrance.

ADA Parking:

Designated parking for fans with disabilities is available on a first-come, first-served basis with a valid state-issued Disabled Person Parking placard, permit, or license plate.

Motorcycle Parking:

Motorcycles park with other vehicles based on arrival. Overnight parking is not permitted, and RVs are not allowed in General or Gold Parking Lots.

Rideshare Drop-off and Pick-up:

They are designated at KEC Gate 1. Rideshare vehicles must pay the parking fee to enter at other KEC parking gates.

Official Hotel & Airport Shuttle:

Pegasus is the designated official hotel shuttle and airport transportation provider for Louder Than Life 2023. Advance purchase is required for their services.

Walking, Bikes, and On-Demand Transportation:

Fans from offsite parking lots or nearby hotels can walk through any KEC entrance. Self-service bicycle parking is available.

Camping Info

Camping passes include:

You have the convenience of re-entry to and from the festival to the campgrounds during event hours.

24-hour security, medical, and customer service assistance.

Access to campground concessions and a Camp Store.

You will have access to the Executive Strike and Spare Bowling Alley.

Camping passes do not include electricity or water hookups.

For RV camping with power hook-ups, be sure to bring 50-75 feet of electrical cord.

RV black/grey water tank pump-out services and freshwater fill-up are available at the campgrounds.

Campers can leave on foot at any time but vehicles must stay in place.

Entry to the campgrounds is restricted to campers with valid credentials.

Each Car camping pass allows up to 4 fans, and each RV camping pass allows up to 6 fans.

Generator hours are from 8 am to 3 am in Car and RV areas. Only factory-installed RV generators are permitted.

Complimentary shower hours are scheduled throughout the event.

ADA-accessible campsites are available. Fill out the ADA Camping Registration Form for access.

Allowed items include tents, sleeping bags, food and beverages, cameras, non-amplified musical instruments, and more.

Prohibited items include glass bottles, alcohol for minors, drugs, weapons, drones, and more.
